I am pretty bad at documenting this hobby, but trying to get better. This page is woefully incomplete, but contains some highlights, big and small.
I had this idea of putting together woodworking tutorials where you don't have to sit through 20 minutes of talk to see 5 minutes of action. All the videos have zero narration, and focus on clearly showing the sequence of steps that goes into each project.
The videos are remarkably difficult to put together and the series had something like 10 hits on YouTube so far, but I'm undeterred. As a side effect, they also show a good progression of my video-making skills. The most recent one is pretty polished, although at the price of adding about 3 extra days to a 2-day project and having to sift through roughly 80 GB of raw captures:
The earlier episode deals with a smaller project, but is also pretty nice. The intro typography is probably the only real flaw, plus unnecessarily harsh contrast in some takes:
The first video in the series has some production shortcomings, mostly due to wonky focus here and there, but hey - you gotta start somewhere:
This section has a bunch of random photos taken when I remembered to actually grab the camera. Where do I start? I guess I made a pretty swanky pencil case with a magnetic lid for my wife a while back. Birdseye maple and Peruvian walnut, I believe:

Up next, some furniture - laptop stand, bench, some stools, dining table (photographed without legs):

Or, how about a rocket-shaped planter stand, or one of many picture frames?

Bowls, cutting boards, etc:

Odds and ends - kids' toys, jokes, etc:
